Wollaton Hall Park, 10am on a winter morning in mid-February makes for an overcast morning but incredibly atmospheric. Shannon and Kyle arrived promptly and it didn't take us long to get started. We gave the grounds a good explore, picking out the most scenic spots as we went for some lovely portraits. A beautiful, fun couple which made the cold dreary morning pass quickly with laughter leaving little time to dwell on numb fingers...except for Kyle, he was VERY cold ;) I hope they both have a fantastic future together and enjoy their grand wedding in Edinburgh next year!
This was a session to remember, with a fantastic couple who just kept me on my toes the whole time with what they were willing to try and explore, last weekend. We started mid-morning, meeting at The Pit Studio in Nottingham, which is a fantastic huge space to work in and they have lighting up there already, as well as some beautiful props, but I provided my own as well did the couple.
There was a variety of themes and outfits to work with for particular images my clients were looking for and we pulled it off and more without any real problems.
We did have to get creative with angles and poses due to one client having some pain to work around and then shoot on stairs was tight with lighting, angles and lenses, but overall it was fun, creative and sexy and we could have spent all day changing clothes, rooms and drinking Champagne (well the client's at least!) What do you think? Check out the "Read More" section and take a look at some of the fantastic images captured in more detail that those on Facebook (cursed FB compression!)
